Gary is Managing Partner of Sales Search Partners where he drives business operations, administration, and compliance.  In addition to co-founding Sales Search Partners, Gary is also Co-Founder of parent company BANK W Holdings and its portfolio companies.  His operational leadership has enabled his businesses to seamlessly scale and diversify since their launch in 2005.  Gary earned his Masters in Business Administration from Boston College's Carroll School of Management and his Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Brown University.  Prior to co-founding the organizations Gary spent fifteen successful years in financial reporting, product development, marketing, sales and sales management roles for international staffing and banking organizations.  He is also a co-founder the Financial Management Association of New Hampshire.
