Matt is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Sales Search Partners where he leads the organization’s focus on strategic accounts and partnerships.  In addition to co-founding Sales Search Partners, Matt also co-founded parent company BANK W Holdings, LLC as well as The Nagler Group.

 

A dedicated philanthropist, Matt spearheaded the organizations’ involvement in the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and New Hampshire Food Bank while serving on the board of directors for the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless. He is a well-respected public speaker on recruiting strategies and entrepreneurship and serves as a professional coach for the Babson College Coaching and Leadership Program. Matt earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and his Masters in Business Administration from Babson College's Olin School of Management.
